One of the greatest attributes of a successful program, organization, or agency is quality services. Many leaders and program administrators face the dilemma of managing and empowering employees to accept and own the vision of high quality services. A discussion of traditional management techniques and their effect on quality in today’s workplace will occur. This presentation will propose an effective method of leadership that promotes quality services and worker empowerment. Participants will evaluate their management style and identify areas for improving using the revolutionary style of “lead-management.”
