PEPNet, the Postsecondary Education Programs Network, is the national collaboration of the four Regional Postsecondary Education Centers for Individuals who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. The Centers are supported by contracts with the U.S.  Department of Education, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services. The goal of PEPNet is to assist postsecondary institutions across the nation to attract and effectively serve individuals who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

PEC
The Postsecondary Education Consortium (PEC) is located in the Center on Deafness at The University of Tennessee. It is one of four Postsecondary Education Regional Technical Assistance Centers and serves the Southern region of the United States.

PEC’s Mission
       PEC is a consortium of state outreach and technical assistance centers which are housed at postsecondary programs serving students who are deaf or hard of hearing. The mission of the Consortium is to enhance learning environments that empower these individuals. PEC promotes quality programs and services through innovative practices and outreach.

PEC's goals:
- To provide outreach and technical assistance to participating states
- To develop training materials and proven models of service provision that can be included in technical assistance and outreach efforts
- To develop professional proficiency and technical expertise among service providers
- To develop cross-regional initiatives for outreach and technical assistance.
