The PEPNet-South Outreach Sites are composed of professionals who have expertise in direct services with students who are deaf or hard of hearing. Each center serves those individuals, institutions, agencies, and other groups statewide who seek or may benefit
from outreach and technical assistance when working at the postsecondary level with current or future students who are deaf or hard of hearing. Assistance may be in the form of training, workshops, teleconferences linked to a nationwide educational network, conferences, publications, models, individual and on-site consultation, observation, feedback, peer review, needs assessment, networking,
collaborations, liaisons, and advocacy.
What do PEPNet-South Outreach Sites do?

- Establish technical assistance networks for secondary, postsecondary, vocational, and adult education professional and support staff who provide transitional and postsecondary educational services to students who are deaf.
