Dear Sir,
please note that there is an error in the obituary of Rota; a
name of an Italian relative of Gian Carlo Rota is not correct. The author
of some of the scripts of Federico Fellini is Ennio Flaiano, whose wife,
aunt of Rota, is Rosetta Flaiano (not Fliano). I am a friend of Rosetta,
who was assistant of mathematics, and of his husband Ennio.
