[HM] Datta and Sing

I wish the work by Datta and Sing, cited by Bo Klintberg below, were
as readily available as he suggests. I've searched for it through
OhioLINK - a consortium of approximately 100 college and university
libraries throughout Ohio. None of them has a copy. In fact, I've
found it almost impossible to obtain Indian works on history of
mathematics.
