I'm afraid I'm still mystified; in the first place, I'm
not familiar with the latter two acronyms, and in the second
place, David Pingree tells me that he never had any published
controversy with Otto Neugebauer, much less a seventeen-year
debate with apologies, retractions, etc. I'm afraid there must
have been a misunderstanding in your source.
