Try also <www.bookfinders.com> and <www.bibliofind.com>. Both are consortia
of hundreds, if not thousands, of booksellers. When it comes to mathematics,
I'm always surprised at what I do not find from these quite excellent sources.
Writing of which, I'd very much like to find a copy of Barlow's Theory of
Numbers, London, J.Johnson & Co., 1811. Ideally, I'd like to trade, say, a
copy of Paul Serret's Des Methodes en Geometrie, Paris, Mallet-Bachellier,
1855, for Barlow's book. My copy of the Serret book, withdrawn long ago from
the US Naval Academy Library, is in great condition. I'm only looking for
Barlow to be intact and legible.
