The Rhind Mathematial Papyrus is described, with detailed photographs of the
Papyrus in a publication by the Trustees of the British Museum:

The Rhind Mathematical Papyrus: an ancient Egyptian text, by Gay Robins and
Charles Shute. 1987. ISBN 0-7141-0944-4

I bought my copy at the gift shop at the British Museum for 7 Pounds 50.

The book, 60 pages plus 24 pages of plates, isn't a translation, but it quotes
extensively. It discusses the problems by topic, in an order that only
approximates the order the problems appear on the papyrus. Hence the book does
not do some of the things you might want of a literal translation. Still, you
may find it useful.
