The authors of the book mentioned by Raimi are A.B. Chace, L. Bull,
H.P. Manning, and R. C. Archibald.
The translation with commentary of the Moscow papyrus was published by
W.W. Struve as "Mathematischer Papyrus des Staatlichen Museums der
Schoenen Kuenste in Moskau" in Quellen und Studien zur Geschichte der
Mathematik, part A, vol. 1, Berlin, 1930.
