Even though it should be an obvious museum to include, I'll mention
the Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers, because most of the Paris
tourist publicity seems to ignore it. It's close to a Metro station called
"Arts et Metiers." Among many other wonderful things (especially from the
history of _science_), it has Pascal's original calculating machine.
