Janet,

I'm wondering if this is the same Janet I met in Spain/Portugal 1996.
I have tons of info on math sites in Paris. It might take some time to
organize but I'll start you with this:

There are four mathematicians commemorated in the Pantheon and one very
dear to my heart three times in a little church behind it. This particular
area is a hotbed of math history, but there are at least three other areas
to explore.

NB : The observatory is only open one Tuesday a month by appt.
