Struik's account exhausts Bernoulli's statements concerning the numbers
named after him in the Ars Conjectandi. But it is certainly true that
Struik and with him Bernoulli lists the values of the Bernoulli numbers B2,
B4, B6, and B8. In addition he gives a recursive formula for the Bernoulli
numbers with an even index.
