As part of some research into the way topologists understand the concepts
of their field, I have become interested in the origin (first use and
reason for the word chosen) of the following topological terms:
open set
neighbourhood
space
normal space
complete space
regular space
Any ideas, or suggestions about who might know or where I might look?
