Dear HM list members,

I have recieved the reference:
"Probabilistic Causality, Cambridge University Press, 1991"
where the classification of dependencies of events is considered probably.
Please, give me your advice how I, being in Russia, can get the book by the
best of all ways? or is it impossible?
