Hermann Weyl's "Mathematische Analyse des Raumproblems" was translated
into Italian as "Analisi matematica del problema dello spazio" by professor
of Theoretical Physics Angelo Loinger, and published in Bologna, in 1991,
by Zanichelli [ ISBN: 88-08-07658-X ].
I am not aware of any translation of Enriques' "Prinzipien der Geometrie",
nor of Schur's "Grundlagen der Geometrie" into English, French, Portuguese,
or Spanish as you are looking for.
