[HM] on "logical constant"

Dear friends,

I'm wondering who used for the first time the expresion "logical
constant", or any similar expression in another language. In Russell's
PRINCIPLES OF MATHEMATICS (1903) it can certainly be found, and Peano
used very similar expressions before, but I'd like to determine exactly the
first use. I'll be grateful for any PRECISE reference.
