[HM] Hilbert's students

Hilbert's "Gesammelte Abhandlungen" published in 1935 lists 69 students who
completed doctorates under him. Hilbert lived another 8 years. Were there
any more doctoral students? Gentzen was Hilbert's assistant during those
years. Did he do his doctorate with Hilbert? If not, with whom?

Did Hilbert suffer from senile dementia at any stage?
