Dear colleagues, the Deutsche Mathematiker-Vereinigung (DMV) has a
subgroup for history of mathematics (since 1991) and this subgroup
has a homepage (of course in German):
http://hyperwave.math-inf.uni-greifswald.de/geschichte
You can find there the news about the congresses of the subgroup,
some bibliographies from journals of the GDR (former sozialist
East part of Germany) and others.
