Jourdain's paper was recently reprinted, with corrections, in _Modern
Logic_, vol. 3, no. 3, pp. 207-214, June 1993.
In this article, Jourdain provides both technical and philosophical analysis
of Dedekind's famous papers "Stetigkeit und irrationale Zahlen" (1872) and
"Was sind und was sollen die Zahlen?" (1887/88).
