Dear Victor,

I myself devoted almost a whole book to the subject, which was
especially concerned with Peano and Russell:

Francisco Rodriguez-Consuegra, THE MATHEMATICAL PHILOSOPHY OF
BERTRAND RUSSELL: ORIGINS AND DEVELOPMENT, Basel: Birkhauser,
1991 (rep. 1993).

In addition, many references to the subject can be found in the
bibliography of this book.

Best,
