MS Excel will do it. Just copy and paste into your word processor. Of
course, you will have to be somewhat proficient with Excel to get the desired results.

I prefer the copy and (in Word...) Edit, Paste Special as a linked
graphic. In that way, if I need to tweak the graph back in Excel, the
pasted graph automatically updates, too.
