Re: math requirement AA degree

Since all three of the major universities in the state of Arizona have the
College Mathematics with Applications course ( COMAP or others), Arizona
Western College has either College Algebra or College Mathematics with
Applications as our math requirement for the AA Degree. The inclusion of
College Mathematics with Applications as the AA math requirement came this
year. What is interesting is that up until this year, we had a higher math
requirement for our AA Degree than some of the state universities had for a
BA in Liberal Arts.
