Dick et al,

Yes indeed this is worth pursuing. This is an "appropriate" use of
technology. I hope and believe that this listserv and others will evolve
into instruments that will allow precisely (sp??) this sort of thing. Maybe
we could have some input from members as to some sort of procedure that
will result in a formal position paper coming from this listserv. As far
as I can see the only reason to concern ourselves with a position paper at
the annual conference might be to do a formal vote to accept.
