[MATHEDCC] Retention

I think the problem *is* trickling down from the high schools and the middle
schools and the elementary schools! I teach Math for Elementary School
Teachers and you'd be amazed who wants to teach our kids. Now, I have many
great students.... but probably more of them shouldn't be going into
teaching. They cannot do the math and, more importantly, they cannot think
--- they've never been asked to!
