Arie-

I'm currently in the process of applying to my favorite college - they have
two full-time positions for the fall. It was risky, but I asked every person
who was going to write me a letter of rec. to come and sit in on my classes.
My boss at the state college I teach at joked with me that he thought I was
wonderful now...... but if he actually saw me teach, he might change his
mind! 8-) All went well and I got better letters out of it. Any other
suggestions? I know that, if I get to the interview stage, they *will* ask
for a presentation and I'll be prepared.
