As usual, Wayne Mackey leads the way! I fully agree that we've got
to demand a lot more from our students on tests than just algorithmic type
questions. Of course, students hate conceptual and application items
(they're harder to memorize!), but who ever said that education was a
popularity contest?

Regarding on-line testing, I'm very interested in who else has been
doing it (I have to a limited extent). If so, what are the pros and cons
from your point of view? Have you gone commercial or local?
