I've got another question. I've only been teaching at the CC level for 12
years and all at one school, so I am in no way an expert. My question is
this: Is there getting to be a "greater distance" between faculty and
administration (even at the Dean/VP) level? How closely do you work with
the "College-Wide Educational Administration"? (I mean above the department
head level. Each school has different titles and organizational charts.)
It seems to me that there is a slow drifting apart.
Am I crazy? It is just my school? Maybe just my perception?
Thanks. (Maybe its just too late at night and I'm too near the end of the
semester and I've been to too many committee meetings.)

What matters more, yes most of all, is what the teachers are themselves."
