I teach Developmental/Transitional math at a technical college in
South Caroina. In the near future, we are going to examine our attendance
policy to see what changes if any are to be made. We currently allow
students to miss 10% of the contact hours that a class meets.
I am interested is hearing about any variations which you may
currently be using or have used in the past, along with any inplications
, that's implications on student learning that resulted.
Has anyone gone to no attendance policy at all?????? What effect
has that had on student performance??????
