I agree with George about what the system should give the students but
somehow the Idaho state legislature doesn't. Not only are we facing
another 5% holdback in the budgets of two years ago but no state
employees will get any raise AND our medical costs are going up. The
economy is booming but so is our prison population. I am sure tired of
the battle.
