Don't calm down to talk to the VP. The administrators need to know that
some of us care. I just last week had a 3 hour session with the Dean of
Students and don't think that was my idea of a spring break altho I
probably accomplished about as much as students study over spring break.
Anyway all we can do is keep trying. I'm sneaking in some higher and more
uniform standards by using computers in grading and putting in the higher
standards gradually. I don't know yet if it will work.
