Josh,

At the U of A we have a Math Resource and Tutoring Center that is open from
9:30 to 4:30 every weekday and some evenings. Tutors (grad students and
some advanced upper classmen) are available during all of that time. We
tutor approximately 5000 hours per semester but only to those who want to
be tutored. Many students apparently don't want to pass the course since
they make no attempt to avail themselves of the tutors or any of the other
resources we have.
