We offer a jr-sr level history of math course here (Calculus II
prerequisite). All Florida Unievrsities do because it is required for HS
certification in this state. I am working toward putting materials on the
Web for my own course (which I have been teaching for the past 7-8 years),
and hope to be at the point of being able to offer it as a Web-based course

Hope this helps somewhat. I *think* that Florida Community College at
Jacksonville has a History of Math course, for honors students.
