naturally, perhaps, and in my own self-interest, i'd recommend basic
statistics-sense courses; not the sort that emphasize the derivation of
t-test p values, et. al., but which explore the interpretation of descriptive
and inferential stats. lovely stuff -- and also more readily "sold" as useful
to the average CC student (although one should be able to sell the study of
"modeling" -- algebra -- pretty nicely, too).
