RE: [MATHEDCC] Mathematics Study Skills Resources

Several colleagues and I have integrated the book "Mastering Mathematics -
How to be a Great Math Student" by Richard Manning Smith into our Beginning
and Intermediate Algebra courses. We found the book to readable and at a
level suitable for most students enrolled in these math courses.

While we did use the generic exercises found in the book, we also created
additional exercises specifically tailored for our respective classes.

The student response was favorable.
