With later versions of Netscape, you can click the right mouse button over
the graphic and select the "Save Image As..." option to save the image file
to your disk at the same quality as it exists on the Web server. In this
way, you'll avoid the need for cropping the picture.

As Herb pointed out though, you'll probably need to "work on it" if your
need is to blow it up, since it's probably been created at a limited
resolution to save disk space and burden to the Net. You simply can't take
an image that is 120 pixels across and enlarge it to 480 pixels without
replicating one pixel to four-by-four (and geting that resulting big-block
effect). If you _must_ have a larger version, your best bet is to attempt
to contact the creator of the image to see if they can save it as a larger
image or higher resolution image and send it directly to you (e.g., via e-mail).
