[MATHEDCC] Congruency Problem - correction

The line in my last note that read:

For example, if p=5, q=7, the lcm(5,7) =12, so we should have a^13==a
(mod35), for all a.

should have read:

For example, if p=5, q=7, the lcm(5-1,7-1) =12, so we should have a^13==a
(mod35), for all a.
