WaterlooMaple has sold MathView to WebPrimitives and it will now be called
LiveMath. There is a major upgrade due out fairly soon. The formal
announcement from June is on their homepage at: http://www.livemath.com.
There is also an updated free plugin which seems to work better than the old
one.
