hello!

I read loads of these messages and reply or ask a question once in a
while. Here's one:

We're submitting a proposal to purchase one of the major software
packages for each of the 14 math faculty in our department. Of primary
importance is the ability to produce graphics that can be imported into a
MS Word document. I know Mathematica has this ability, as does Maple.
What about Derive?

We're leaning towards Derive since we believe it will take up less disk
space. Is this true?

Any input?

Thanks.
