As a long time user of DERIVE I can attest to its ease of use, ease of
instruction, and popularity among students. I get them started in one
session and they run with it. Miraculously, the entire program still fits
on a single 1.44 floppy. Not to detract from any of the other packages, but
I advise working with DERIVE and some of the other software to determine
which one is best for your specific needs. One advantage of DERIVE is that
the symbolic algebra on the TI-92 is very similar - in fact it is developed
by the same people.

Happy hunting, and let us know what you decide.

Brian
