Until Scientific Notebook came into being I too preached that *Derive is
the best*. But I quickly discovered that Scientific Notebook is easier
for students to learn and to use. Even if the many additional features
are not needed, the basic functionality of Scientific Notebook make it
number one on my list... From the remarks by the Derive users, I get
the feeling that most haven't yet taken a hard look at Scientific
Notebook. If you haven't tried it yet I urge you to. You might just
change your mind.
