I think it was a joke, and intended to be by the author of the statement,
who actually understands fractions quite well.

However, I do agree with Jerry's comment that the ratio may be higher.
Maybe 5 out of 5 or even 5 out of 6.

And I also wish happy holidays to 100% of you, if not more.
