Scientific Notebook

I am not sure I understand the problem. Scientific Notebook IS a web
browser itself, for .tex files. You don't need netscape or a plugin
or other browser! There are sites referenced(hyper-linked)in the
various documents and/or HELP screens that came with SN and I linked to
them easily...
But if you are having difficulty, go back to the TCI web site and follow
the FORUMS link to the Beta discussion list. They are very good at
responding to queries...
