Have you tried Word's Drawing tool? Can't beat the price...FREE! It
comes with MS Word.

Add the button to your toolbar: Tools, Customize, Toolbars, Drawing
and drag the first little icon to your toolbar. Then click this
Drawing button to bring up the Drawing tools.

If you just want to make and label rectangles, triangles, circles,
and such, it's fine. If you're wanting fancy shading and
perspectives I imagine you're looking at some $$$ programs like
CorelDraw, etc for that capability.
