A Conversation About College Placement Tests

NCTM Annual Meeting, San Francisco: 23 April 1999 (Friday) 3 pm

Location: Metropolitan III in the ANA Hotel

Facilitated by the Instructional Issues Advisory Committee of the NCTM

This session offers an opportunity to learn more about the placement test
landscape and to hear various perspectives on the purpose, value, and
realities of college placement tests. Session attendees will examine one or
more test items and have opportunity to raise issues and concerns.

Nancy Sattler (Terra Community College [Fremont OH]/AMATYC)
