They are easy enough to make with manilla folders, scissors and
marking

pen. Many liberal arts texts show examples. _The Mathematical

Palette_ 2nd ed, Straszkow and Bradshaw, Saunders College Publishing,

1995, pp619-620, is a good explanation.
