[MATHEDCC] Tenure

I am doing a research and I like to know somebody
can help me find the meaning (understanding) of
the followings:
1) Teaching and Non-Teaching Faculty
2) are the non-teaching faculty have the same
rights and responsibilities as the teaching faculty?
3) Does your school grant tenure to Teachers,
Counselors and Librarian or just teachers?
and last, what is your opinion?
If anybody has some answers, please foreword. Thanks
