The best process I've seen is to use Wordpro (the equation editor is
WYSIWYG and has no learning curve) to write the equations and then save as
an HTML file. I wrote a few short equations and saved as an HTML file
which I am attaching. It took under two minutes (including opening it in
my browser to see how it looked!) I haven't seen any other process which
comes close to comparing.
