[MATHEDCC] Indeterminate Form

The TI92 and perhaps other calculators have 0^0 as a determinate form.
Can someone explain why this is so? I have always thought that it was
an indeterminate form. Are "they " wrong or am I thinking
incorrectly? Thanks for your help.
