I don't think the '92 exactly makes it a determinate form. If you look
closely at the bottom of the screen - if you're eyes are as aged as mine
this could be a problem - you will see a note that says:
Warning:0^0 replaced by 1
So it is saying that it assumes that usually this replacement would be
appropriate. I can't immmedately speak for other CAS's.
