It appears that administrators world wide are required on occasion to take
contradictory positions: They must speak to educational excellence and
high stardards for their institution. Also they must do everything in
their power to insure a continous high revenue stream fueled by high
enrollments and low failure rates. It is fun to see which of the above is
really important to whom.
